An account refers to a single data source connection (e.g., one Facebook Ads account or one LinkedIn Company Page). If you are on the Pro tier, you can connect up to 5 individual accounts per connector. For platforms like Google My Business, each listing/location is counted as a separate account.
Yes. The Data Bloo MCP is included on all plans, including Free. Every plan can connect its marketing data to Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini and generate client presentations with your own branding, audits and executive reports, at no extra cost.
Yes. On the Pro plan, you can connect up to 5 accounts per connector. For example, you could connect 5 Facebook Ads accounts, 5 Instagram Insights accounts, and 5 TikTok Ads accounts simultaneously.
You will receive a notification within your report / hub. To add an additional account, you will need to upgrade to our Agency tier, which offers unlimited account connections.
No. Your plan limits are based on the number of source accounts connected, not the number of dashboards or reports you build with that data.
No. The Agency plan allows you to connect unlimited accounts across connectors. The only limits are the standard API restrictions set by the data platforms themselves (such as Meta or Google), which apply to all tools accessing their APIs.
The Free plan includes 300 daily refreshes for 1 account. The Starter tier includes unlimited refreshes for 1 account per connector and is ideal for users managing a single business/location.
The Data Bloo MCP uses the same underlying connection as your reports. On the Free plan you share the 300 daily refreshes across your reporting and AI requests; on paid plans refreshes are unlimited, so you can query your data through AI as often as you need.
By choosing the Annual plan, you essentially get 2 months for free. The Pro tier is $199.99/year (saving about $40), and the Agency tier is $399.99/year (saving about $80).
Yes. You can upgrade via your dashboard. The remaining balance of your current billing period will be prorated and applied to your new Agency subscription.
Go to Settings → Billing to view available plans. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
We offer a Free tier that allows you to test the connector with 1 account indefinitely. The Free plan includes a limit of 300 daily refreshes (API calls), allowing you to verify that the data mapping meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
If you downgrade, only your first connected account will remain active. Data for the additional accounts will stop refreshing in your reports until you upgrade again or adjust your connections.
Because you can cancel your subscription at any time, we do not offer refunds for past billing periods. However, if you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced an issue with the service, please contact our support team and we will review your request.
