Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
| Microsoft Ads account not visible | Ensure you have advertiser or admin access to the Microsoft Ads account you are trying to connect. |
| Authentication popup blocked | Disable pop-up blockers or try using Chrome while logged into the correct Google and Microsoft accounts. |
| Data not showing in Data Studio | Reconnect the data source and refresh fields inside Data Studio. |
| Bad Request error 400 | Return to the Data Studio homepage and ensure the same Google account is used in both Chrome and Data Studio. |
| Recent campaign data missing | Microsoft Ads reporting may have slight processing delays. Refresh the report or reconnect the data source after a few minutes. |
| Only partial campaign data appears | Verify the selected account has active campaigns and that all required permissions are granted during authentication. |
Notes
- Data security: Data Bloo does not store your Microsoft Ads data. All access is read-only and securely pulled via Microsoft’s API.
- Multiple Account Reporting: This connector allows you to aggregate data from multiple Microsoft Ads accounts into a single report.
- Automated PPC Reporting: Build real-time dashboards for campaign monitoring, budget tracking, and conversion analysis without manual exports.
